Rebel coffee
born out of a simple idea: things can be done better.
We wanted to create a place that wasn’t just about grabbing a cup and rushing out the door, but about starting your day with something that feels real—whether that’s a perfectly pulled espresso, a breakfast sandwich that actually fills you up, or just a genuine “good morning.”

Raising the Bar on the Café Experience
From day one, our mission has been to redefine what a café should feel like. We’re not chasing trends—we’re raising standards. What drives us is:
-
Coffee sourced with care and roasted in-house to bring out every note.
-
Hospitality that makes you feel seen, not processed.
-
Spaces designed with clarity, comfort, and zero compromise.
-
Familiar flavors reimagined into something unexpectedly bold.
Breakfast, Reimagined
We’ve all had a bacon, egg, and cheese—it’s good, but we thought: let’s make it better.
Take The Resistance, our #1 seller: fluffy house-made eggs, Rebel-rubbed bacon, fresh greens, roasted tomatoes, and our perfectly balanced in-house chipotle mayo. Or the Rebel Sandwich, layered with fluffy eggs, locally made chorizo, sweet caramelized onions, and smoked Gouda.
These aren’t just breakfast sandwiches—they’re game-changers. The same goes for our scones, from the bold Chorizo-Gouda to the savory Bacon-Scallion. Every item is crafted with the same care and purpose we bring to every cup of coffee.
The Rebel Team
When we’re not on location, our team keeps the mission alive—carrying forward our commitment to consistency, quality, and connection in everything they do. Our standards don’t stop with us; they live through the people we’ve trained and the culture we’ve built.
At Rebel, Peter, Andy, and Manny bring decades of experience in food, coffee, and service. This isn’t theory—it’s execution. Every cup, every plate, every interaction is built on purpose and delivered with care.
Bringing Back What Matters
There was a time when the little things mattered: a quick hello, a held door, a genuine “good morning.” That time might feel like the past—but at Rebel, we’re bringing it back.
We’re not here to fit into today’s
version of “good enough.”
We’re here to remind people
what better feels like.
